**Job Requirement**:

- A Diploma / I.T.I. with 3-7 years of experience in mold assembly and maintenance
- Ability to handle molds for machines up to 450 T
- Expertise in Mold polishing techniques
- Knowledgeable in various machining and Heat-Treatment processes
- Ability to work on 3D CAD software will be an added advantage
- Conversant with MS-Office tools

**Job Summary**:

- Toolmaker experienced in the assembly of new molds.
- Conversant withfully hot runner mold,stack mold,unscrewing mold.
- Ability to interpret 3D Mold Design and plan the assembly.
- Able to identify the moulding problems.
- Competent in taking decision in various stages of new mould development.

**Job Role**:

- Perform New Tool Assembly as per schedule
- Design Review
- Maintain correct fits between all fitting elements as per plan
- Suggest changes/improvements that reduce assembly time and enhance quality
- Maintain all Tool records
