**Responsibilities**:

- **Analyze project requirements**: Review blueprints, project plans, and other documents to understand the project
- **Prepare estimates**: Determine the cost of materials, labor, and equipment
- **Create work orders**: Prepare work orders and get them approved by management
- **Manage communications**: Provide feedback and manage communication with internal and external departments
- **Track progress**: Compare actual progress to planned progress
- **Prepare bills**: Prepare bills of quantities and other bills
- **Maintain documentation**: Maintain documentation as per IS0 9001 standards

Pay: ₹12,203.76 - ₹51,752.10 per month
