Security Guard

We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of students, staff, and property at a private school. In addition to security duties, the individual will assist with the upkeep of the school building, yard, and plants, contributing to the overall maintenance of the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and patrol the school premises to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Control access to the school, ensuring that unauthorized individuals are not allowed entry.
- Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, ensuring the safety of students and staff.
- Monitor security cameras and other security equipment, if applicable.
- Collaborate with school administration in enforcing school policies and procedures.
- Assist with basic maintenance of the school building, including minor repairs and ensuring cleanliness.
- Maintain the schoolyard, keeping it clean, free of debris, and safe for students.
- Water and care for school plants and any greenery on the premises.
- Help organize and arrange temporary workers for larger maintenance tasks when necessary.
- Assist in setting up classrooms, halls, and other spaces for school events.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a security guard, preferably in a school or similar setting.
- Basic maintenance and repair skills.
- Ability to handle and resolve emergencies calmly and efficiently.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in general maintenance or facility upkeep.
- Familiarity with school environments and student safety protocols.

Compensation: 8000 to 12000 rupees per month, based on experience and qualifications

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
