**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Create visual concepts and develop design solutions that meet project objectives.

2. Produce high-quality designs for various marketing materials including brochures, flyers, logo design, banners, Illustrations, social media graphics, and advertisements.

3. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and develop creative concepts.

4. Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the final design.

5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.

7. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

8. Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate and high-quality final output.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.

2. Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.

3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.

4. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

5. Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.

6. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.

7. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

8. Strong communication and presentation skills.

9. Experience with web design and UI/UX principles is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
