**Job Title -** Attorney Associate, Document Review, Litigation**

**Location**:Mumbai, India

**Reporting Manager**: Team Lead

**Role Summary**:
The Attorney Associate accomplishes high level review of documents in aid of discovery or investigations in accordance with client/counsel guidelines. The position entails reviewing documents for international law firms and corporate legal departments

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Performs first level review of documents - code/tag/redact documents in accordance with project guidelines and counsel feedback
- Provides sample documents/queries as needed and escalates queries and concerns related to the work performed
- Contributes best practices for the work performed
- Reports metrics appropriately in the dashboard
- Follows proper document management
- Maintains confidentiality of all organization and client information

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Able to adhere to processes and able to problem-solve creatively.

**Education and Experience**:

- Law Graduate
- 0-2 years experience in Document review, Due diligence
