**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Interactive Design**: Design dynamic and interactive elements that enhance user experience on digital platforms.
- **Motion Graphics & Animation**: Produce motion graphics and animations for digital ads, videos, and website elements.
- **Packaging Design**: Design eye-catching product packaging that aligns with brand identity and communicates the product’s purpose.
- **Game Design**: Collaborate with the game development team to create compelling visual assets for games, including characters, environments, and UI elements.
- **Illustration**: Create original illustrations and artwork to enhance projects across various media.
- **Publication & Typographic Design**: Develop magazine layouts, brochures, and other printed materials with strong typographic and visual composition.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Creativity**: Strong creative thinking and the ability to generate new ideas and concepts for a variety of design projects.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, teams, and stakeholders, understanding their vision and requirements.
- **Typography**: Proficient in using typography effectively across different media with a strong understanding of font pairing, legibility, and readability.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met.
- **Software Proficiency**: Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Sketch, and other industry-standard tools.
- **UI/UX Design**: Experience designing user interfaces and optimizing user experience through wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- **Web Design**: Knowledge of web design best practices, responsive design, and HTML/CSS basics is a plus.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong eye for detail to ensure pixel-perfect designs and consistency across various platforms.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects, showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and technical proficiency.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in game design or animation.
- Familiarity with 3D design or advanced motion graphics.
- Experience with video editing software like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
