**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Review Job Requirements**- Understand client hiring needs, job descriptions, and required technical skills.
- **Schedule & Track Interviews**- Arrange and monitor technical and HR interviews with clients.
- **Follow Up on Feedback & Offers**- Ensure timely feedback, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- **Negotiate Salary & Contracts**- Discuss pay rates, benefits, and contract terms to close positions.
- **Stay Updated with Market Trends**- Research IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and in-demand technologies.

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**:6 months to 1 year in **IT recruitment (staffing/consulting preferred)**.
- **Educational Qualification**:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- **Technical Knowledge**:Understanding of IT domains like **Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, AI, Cybersecurity, Full Stack Development, and Data Engineering etc.**
- **Sourcing Tools & Platforms**: Experience using **LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, and ATS platforms**and Boolean search techniques.
- **Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced, Target-Driven Environment**with multiple hiring requirements.
