**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Explain the company's products/services and generate interest.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve queries professionally.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Follow up on leads and close sales if required.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate in any field.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English (preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Confidence in handling customer interactions.
- Sales and negotiation skills (for sales-related roles).
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an advantage.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

- English (preferred)
