**Responsibilities**:
**Frontend Development**:

- Develop user interfaces with React.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with the design team to implement visual elements and user interactions.

**Backend Development**:

- Work with MongoDB to design and implement data models, queries, and transactions.

**Database Management**:

- Manage MongoDB databases, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
- Implement and optimize database indexes for improved query performance.

**API Development**:

- Create and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless communication between the frontend and backend.
- Ensure API security and implement best practices for authentication and authorization.

**Code Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and other developers, to bring features to production.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

**Testing and Debugging**:

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer with a minimum of 2 years in a professional setting.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
- Experience with React.js and building modern, responsive web interfaces.
- Solid understanding of Node.js and Express.js for server-side development.
- Proficiency in MongoDB, including designing and optimizing database schemas.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
