We are looking for a motivated **Telecaller** to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in connecting with prospective students and parents, explaining our courses, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Your communication skills and passion for helping people will be critical in growing our learner community.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to students and parents to inform them about our courses and workshops.
Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and provide clear course details.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert them into enrollments.
Explain course benefits, durations, certifications, and address any concerns.
Schedule counseling sessions or demos with our academic advisors.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls and enrollments.
Maintain accurate records and reports of daily activities.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional language as required).
- Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Positive attitude, patience, and a passion for guiding students.
- Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / counselling is a plus, but freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,334.05 - ₹15,000.00 per month
