**Responsibilities**
- Conduct one-on-one interactions with clients to promote and support their mental health and emotional well-being.
- Assess clients’ needs, concerns, and goals, and provide appropriate guidance for therapy, counseling, or relevant training programs.
- Monitor and follow up on clients’ progress, ensuring continuity of care and timely intervention as needed.
- Respond promptly and empathetically to client queries and concerns, providing clear information and support.
- Collaborate with therapists during consultations by attending sessions, taking detailed notes, and coordinating necessary follow-ups with clients to support their therapeutic journey.

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree in psychology
- Graduate degree (masters) often required or favoured
- Well versed to use Microsoft Office, Google Docs.
- Good spoken and written English skills along with spoken Hindi.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Psychotherapy: 1 year (preferred)
