**Job Overview**:
The Product Acceptance Tester is an asset in the delivery of products that meet the business needs of SmartCare users. As a Product Acceptance Tester, you will contribute to the execution and implementation of new or enhanced functionality that improves the user experience and advanced business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple customer accounts as assigned including:

- Monitor accounts budgets and time and material costs
- Ensure customer satisfaction by working with the Support Team, Product Management Team, and Development Team.
- Complete sales of added functionality and modules to increase the customer’s efficiency.
- Provide consultation on the SmartCare product and access resources to provide the customer with best practices of product use.
- Frequent communication and meetings with other team members including product managers, developers, testers and other internal staff.
- Meet with the customer on a regular basis to ensure their needs are being met, and work to resolve issues.
- Work to ensure customers are referenceable.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree required in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Computer Science, Science, Technology, or Engineering. In addition, a minimum 4 years of experience in extensive testing at a product based company.
- Understanding of product release cycles.
- Ability to analyze requirements and create acceptance test cases.
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology and processes.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools including test case creation/defect tracking.
- Knowledge of basic project management skills.
