**Job Description: Graphic Designer (UI + Motion Skills)**

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **highly skilled Graphic Designer** who can do more than just make things look good. If you have a strong portfolio, understand design psychology, and know how to create visuals that _connect with people and drive marketing results_, this role is for you.

Your primary focus will be on **graphic and UI design**, but we also value creativity in **motion graphics** for campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create visually compelling graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and brand collaterals.
- Design clean, modern **UI layouts** for websites, landing pages, with attention to user experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to bring brand stories to life through design that aligns with **consumer behaviour and marketing psychology**.
- Develop visual assets that maintain consistency with brand identity and guidelines.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide **design-led creative input** for campaigns and content strategies.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our creative edge sharp.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of proven experience in **graphic design** with a strong portfolio showcasing **UI work** and creative projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma/Sketch, After Effects or similar).
- Strong understanding of **layout, typography, color theory, and design systems**.
- Ability to think conceptually, adapt content into compelling visuals, and design with **audience psychology in mind**.
- Knowledge of motion graphics/animation tools will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work **on-site at our office**.
