Research Associate

The Educational Researcher will conduct rigorous research to improve the educational strategies and methodologies used in the school. The researcher will analyze data, evaluate teaching practices, and contribute to curriculum development. The researcher will also collaborate with faculty and administration to ensure that research findings are implemented effectively.

**Research Design & Implementation**:

- Design and execute research studies to explore new educational trends, methodologies, and innovations.
- Identify and utilize appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Develop research proposals and secure necessary approvals from relevant authorities.

**Data Collection & Analysis**:

- Collect and analyze data from various sources including student performance, teacher feedback, and educational tools.
- Use statistical software and data analysis techniques to interpret findings.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing research results, implications, and recommendations.

**Curriculum Development Support**:

- Collaborate with curriculum developers to integrate research findings into the school’s educational programs.
- Provide insights and evidence-based recommendations for curriculum design, instructional strategies, and assessment methods.
- Develop and evaluate pilot programs.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Engage with teachers, administrators, and students to understand the challenges and opportunities within the current educational framework.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to disseminate research findings and best practices.
- Liaise with external educational institutions and research bodies to stay updated on the latest research trends.

**Evaluation & Reporting**:

- Continuously monitor and evaluate the implementation of new educational strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports for school leadership on the impact of research initiatives.
- Present findings to stakeholders including school boards, parents, and educational authorities.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Master’s or Ph.D. in Education, Educational Psychology, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in educational research, preferably in a school setting or academic institution.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and research skills, with proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Stata).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of the Indian educational system and current trends in education.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in action research or classroom-based research.
- Prior experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
- Familiarity with educational technologies and digital learning tools.
