Job description

**Job Summary**
Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and set appointments.
Qualify prospects as per sales plan, budget and decision making.
Offer products and services to qualified clients through demos.
Handle sales process from prospecting through close and understand process.
Offer at Tradeshows and conferences and represent client professionally.
Build and document sales activities in company CRM software and document activities.
Prepare and engage in business development team status meetings.
Engage in educational meetings on product development and updates.
Coordinate with management team to enhance sales presentation.
Meet productivity metrics as per management team’s directions.
Handle customer presentation, quotes, RFIs and RFPs.
Focus on horizontal markets and handle key prospects relationships.
Run demos for prospects, develop presentations and adapt sales collateral.
Run live and web based presentations.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
1.Identification of prospective clients and generate revenues.
2.Able to generate leads through various networks like channels, back-end sales engine and converting the same to increase business.
3.Maintain relations with existing channels & generating new partners in the market to optimize sales 4.Possessing Positive Attitude & Burning Desire for Success
5.)Identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
6.)Complete all sales forecasts on time.
7.)Develop and maintain business plans with team members to achieve renewal and upsell/cross-sell goals.
8.)Develop value added proposals and pricing sheets.
9.)Prepare and develop consultative client presentations.
10.)Coordinate all sales activities associated with primary client accounts with team members.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

A solid technical background.
Sound judgement and good business sense.

The ability to build relationships with clients quickly.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
