Project Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct site surveys and prepare detailed reports on project feasibility
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for solar installation projects
- Manage project timelines and ensure completion within the given deadlines and budget
- Coordinate with government departments for all necessary permits and approvals
- Communicate with customers to ensure a smooth project delivery and address any concerns they may have
- Maintain basic knowledge of Microsoft Office for project documentation
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Possess basic knowledge of electrical and solar fields to facilitate technical discussions
- Preferably possess experience in residential and commercial site installations
- Have a valid bike license for site visits

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ ITI graduation in any relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in solar project coordination or a related role
- Solar field experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic electrical and solar field knowledge
- Customer handling experience
- Liasoning experience with government departments is mandatory
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, if required
- Valid bike license and willingness to travel to project sites

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
