**Responsibilities**:
HR Operations:
Handle HR transactions and requests from employees.
Issue Resolution:
Investigate and resolve escalated HR issues and inquiries.
Collaborate with other HR departments to address and resolve complex problems.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
Keep up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Generate reports and analyze HR data for process improvement.
Employee Support:
Assist employees in understanding HR policies and procedures.
Provide guidance on HR-related matters and act as a point of contact for employees.
Training and Development:
Participate in training sessions for continuous improvement.
Stay informed about HR best practices and industry trends.
Collaboration:
Work closely with HR business partners and other departments to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
Contribute to cross-functional HR projects as needed.
**Qualifications**:
Qualifications:
Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience
Previous experience in HR operations or shared services.
Experience in handling HR issues and escalations.
**Skills**:
Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR tools.
Communication:
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate complex HR concepts to employees at all levels.
Teamwork:
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Customer Service:
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to handle employee inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
