**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and skill set)

**About the Company**:
We are a leading manufacturing company located in **Bidadi**, specializing in precision engineering and high-quality production for the **aerospace and industrial sectors**. We are looking for a **dedicated and experienced Quality Incharge** to lead our quality assurance activities and ensure that all products meet customer and company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead the Quality Department team on daily inspection activities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems to ensure product standards.
- Conduct in-process and final inspection of components and assemblies.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including inspection reports, NCRs, and CAPA.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, AS9100, or other relevant quality standards.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage calibration of measuring instruments and maintain traceability records.
- Handle customer complaints, quality audits, and supplier quality assessments.
- Train and guide team members in quality systems and inspection techniques.
- Report to senior management on quality performance and improvement areas.
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in Quality Control/Quality Assurance in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience as **Quality Incharge / Quality Lead / Senior Quality Engineer**.
- Good knowledge of **measurement instruments, tolerances, and inspection procedures**.
- Strong understanding of **ISO / AS9100 / QMS** standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
