Key Responsibilities:
- **Greeting and Welcoming**:Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- **Answering Phone Calls**:Answer and route phone calls professionally, taking messages when necessary.
- **Front Desk Operations**:Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensure proper operation of equipment, and manage supplies.
- **Customer Service**:Provide excellent customer service to visitors, callers, and clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Additional Responsibilities (May Vary):
- **Data Entry**: Enter data into computer systems for various purposes, like scheduling or record-keeping.
- **Filing and Record-Keeping**: Maintain organized filing systems and keep accurate records.
- **Office Support**: Assist with other office tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, or preparing reports.
- **Mail Handling**: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
- **Supply Management**: Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure adequate stock.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Make travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights and hotels.

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
