**Position: Performance Marketing Specialist**
**Department**: Marketing
**Reports To**: Business Strategy Developer
**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Campaign Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop data-driven digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- **Paid Advertising**:
- Set up, manage, and optimize **PPC campaigns** (Search, Display, Shopping, Video).
- Implement **retargeting strategies** to improve customer conversion rates.
- **Affiliate & Partnership Marketing**:
- Build and manage affiliate marketing programs.
- Identify and onboard performance-based partners.
- **SEM & SEO Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the **SEO team** to align paid and organic strategies.
- Optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.
- Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports with actionable insights.
- **Budget Management**:
- Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Forecast spending and adjust budgets based on campaign performance.
- **A/B Testing & Optimization**:
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Continuously improve campaigns based on data insights.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong expertise in **Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.**:
- Hands-on experience with **A/B testing** and **conversion rate optimization** (CRO).
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of **SEO fundamentals** to align paid and organic strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- 3+ years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications (preferred).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
