Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in locating products.
Provide detailed information about clothing items, including features, sizes, and styles.
Process sales transactions accurately at the cash register.
Maintain store appearance by organizing merchandise and ensuring shelves are well-stocked.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on current promotions, product knowledge, and store policies.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent.
