**Position - Account Executive**

**Experience - 2 to 3 Years**

**Location - A/P Karli, Yavatmal, Maharashtra**

**Work Mode
- 7 Dyas Working**

**Salary - monthly 15,000 to 20,000 PM**

**Responsibilities -**
- **Accounts Software Knowledge**
- **Bank reconciliation**
- **Maintain the general ledger**
- **Good Knowledge of MS Excel**
- **Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements.**
- **Proficiency in computerized accounting packages.**
- **Updating day to day accounting transactions.**
- **Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements.**
- **Proficiency in computerized accounting packages.**
- **Generating invoices and challan in the company's software on a day-to-day basis**
- **Debtors & Creditors management.**
- **Preparation of various types of MIS reports**
- **Ensure Vendor and credit card reconciliation for all Ledger Accounts**
- **Manage all accounting transactions like invoicing, expenses reporting**
- **Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings**
- **Daily fund planning to ensure payments are made to suppliers as per turn-around time.**
- **Downloading of bank statements daily and perform reconciliation.**
- **Record banking transactions.**
- **Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software**

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally (required)
