**Responsibilities**:

- Design visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print mediums, including websites, social media, marketing materials, advertisements, and branding collateral.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos, motion graphics, and animations that captivate audiences and effectively convey key messages and brand stories.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team, marketing team, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with project goals and brand identity.
- Conceptualize and develop design concepts and video treatments that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
- Manage the entire video production process, including shooting, editing, sound design, and post-production, while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies in both graphic design and video editing to continually elevate the quality and effectiveness of our multimedia content.
- Provide constructive feedback and contribute to the creative process through brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and collaborative ideation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design and video editing software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design work and video projects, including samples of motion graphics, animations, and video editing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visuals.
- Experience with photography, color correction, and audio editing is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
