As a Local Field Guide specializing in outdoor shooting locations for Alamode Fashion Media, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and recommending diverse and visually appealing locations within and around Bangalore for our fashion photo and video shoots.

**Responsibilities**:
**Location Scouting**:Conduct thorough research and on-the-ground exploration to discover unique outdoor shooting locations that complement Alamode Fashion Media's creative vision.
Identify a variety of settings, such as urban landscapes, natural environments, architectural gems, and hidden gems, suitable for fashion shoots.

**Permit and Authorization Management**:Collaborate with local authorities and property owners to obtain necessary permits and authorizations for shooting at selected locations.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and guidelines related to photography and filming.

**Collaboration with Creative Team**:Work closely with Alamode's creative team to understand the specific requirements for each shoot and provide recommendations based on location suitability.
Communicate effectively to bridge the gap between creative concepts and feasible outdoor locations.

**Location Documentation**:Maintain a comprehensive database of scouted locations, including details such as accessibility, lighting conditions, and any special considerations.
Provide clear documentation, including photographs and notes, to assist the creative team in pre-planning and decision-making.

**Problem Solving**:Anticipate and address potential challenges related to shooting locations, such as logístical issues, weather considerations, and any other factors that may impact the success of the shoot.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of Bangalore city and its surrounding areas, with a deep understanding of diverse environments suitable for fashion shoots.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with local authorities, property owners, and the creative team.
- Proven experience in location scouting for photography or film projects.
- Detail-oriented with a creative eye for identifying visually appealing and on-brand shooting locations.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources.
