We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic **Female Tele Counselor** to join our educational institution's admissions team. As an **Tele Counselor**, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing them with valuable information about our institution's programs, facilities, and opportunities. Your expertise will help students make informed decisions about their educational journey and contribute to the growth and success of our institution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct individual and group presentations, campus tours, and informational sessions to showcase the benefits of our institution and address any inquiries from potential students.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other educational partners to enhance recruitment efforts and promote our institution's brand.
- Stay updated on industry trends, educational policies, and competitors' offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to prospective students.
- Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, college fairs, and other promotional activities to reach a wider audience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a background in education, counseling, or related disciplines is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Customer-focused approach with a genuine interest in helping students achieve their educational goals.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or student services is advantageous.
- Familiarity with higher education systems, admissions processes, and academic programs.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a team player mentality.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
