Human by nature.**Automation and Instrumentation Engineer, Pune - Your future position?**
Automation and instrumentation (A&I) engineer is responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing and/or maintaining equipment which is used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery and processes. A&I engineer make sure that these systems and processes operate effectively, efficiently and safely. Maintenance activities related to control and instrumentation system, from troubleshooting, preventive and calibration, programing and modification, working closely with colleagues across a number of functions, including productions, quality, EHS, Supply chain, purchasing and design.- In this exciting role you will,- Design and develop control systems
- Maintain the existing control systems
- Manage the control systems
- Collaborate with design engineers, purchasers and other staff members involved in the production processes
- Troubleshoot process automation and instrumentation
- Ensure that the instruments comply with health and safety regulations
- Ensure that quality standards are maintained
- Define calibration and preventive procedure
- Manage and maintain critical spare parts
- Support other engineering function : maintenance, utility and projects.
- Maintain good documentation of wiring diagram, instrument manual and specification.
- Managing the Fire alarm, CCTV, access control system
- Creating notification converting to work orders and on time closure
- Collaborate with continuous improvement team and activities

- Your professional profile includes:
- Automation & Instrumentation Engineering
- Relevant work experience of around 3 to 4 years’
- Experience on PLC and SCADA Rockwell/Seimens programing and troubleshooting.
