**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create engaging content for various digital channels, including blogs, social media, and websites.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visual content for campaigns.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies.
- Work with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and support lead generation efforts.
- Assist in the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on online advertising and social media management.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good to have experience in SEO
- Good to have knowledge of lead generation
