- Ability to produce chemicals according to a set of specifications.
- Need to have strong problem solving.
- Should have strong understanding of the chemical manufacturing process
- Knowledge of GMP, Laboratory equipment, Synthesis,ISO,HPLC etc.
- Knowledge of analytical skills, communication skills, and math skills.
- Key member of troubleshooting the production of an FDA license product.
- Perform UPLC,FTIR, and moisture analysis
