**Job Overview**

Poppys Tuskers Hill Resort, nestled in the serene hills of Anaikatti, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness, presentation, and overall housekeeping operations of the resort. This role involves supervising the housekeeping team, ensuring high standards are met, and providing guests with a comfortable and welcoming environment.

**Role Summary**
- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff.
- Inspect rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Ensure housekeeping standards, safety protocols, and hotel policies are followed.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff for optimal performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct daily briefings and assign tasks to housekeeping staff.
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
- Coordinate with maintenance and front office for prompt handling of issues.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
- Train and guide new staff on cleaning techniques, SOPs, and guest service standards.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements professionally.
- Maintain proper records of staff schedules, room status, and lost & found items.
- Monitor adherence to safety and security protocols, including key control.
- Report and follow up on maintenance or safety hazards.
- Ensure team members follow uniform and grooming standards.

- Foster a cooperative and respectful work environment.
- Communicate clearly with staff, management, and other departments.
- Lead by example in professionalism, integrity, and service.
- Promote teamwork to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Flexible with shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit to conduct inspections and assist with operations when needed.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
