## *Key Responsibilities:*
- *Design Creation:* Develop engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media including web, print, social media, advertisements, and presentations.
- *Brand Development:* Collaborate with the marketing team to elevate the company's visual identity and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- *Conceptualization:* Generate creative ideas and concepts based on project requirements and target audiences.
- *Collaboration:* Work with writers, marketers, and other designers to fulfill project requirements and improve design processes.
- *Project Management:* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- *Feedback Incorporation:* Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring their vision and insights contribute to the final product.
- *Trend Watching:* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and incorporate them where appropriate.
- *Brand Guidelines:* Maintain and enforce brand guidelines and standards in all designs.

## *Qualifications:*
- *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- *Experience:* 2+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
- *Portfolio:* A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and projects.
- *Technical Skills:* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as familiarity with web design tools such as Sketch or Figma.
- *Communication Skills:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members.
- *Creativity:* Strong creative and artistic skills, with the ability to think outside the box and adapt to brand aesthetics.
- *Time Management:* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.

## *Preferred Qualifications:*
- Experience in animation or motion graphics is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
