Our Client is India's Premier street-wear fashion destination, that deals in premium luxury apparel. Redefining the sneaker culture in India by making exclusive kicks from Yeezys, Jordans, Anti Social Social Club, Adidas, Nike, etc. more accessible to the niche yet prevalent market of sneaker-head.

**Job Summary**:
**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update the store's inventory system, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and up to date.
- Process all sales transactions and ensure that all cash handling procedures are adhered to.
- Coordinate and oversee the shipment and receipt of merchandise, ensuring that all goods are received, checked, and logged into the inventory system.
- Monitor the store's sales performance and prepare sales reports for the store manager.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring that displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Assist the store manager with any other tasks as needed.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Proven experience in retail administration or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of sneaker and streetwear culture is a plus.
