Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Location: Moga, Punjab

Working Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Languages: Punjabi and Hindi (Optional)

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Input and update data in databases with accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify data accuracy and correct any discrepancies.
- Ensure all data entry tasks meet quality and productivity standards.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Retrieve and prepare reports from the database as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.
- Follow data entry protocols and guidelines to maintain data integrity.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
- Proficient in data entry and management.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of databases and data entry software.
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and scanners.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Optional: Proficiency in Punjabi and Hindi languages.
- Willingness to work in-house in Moga, Punjab, on a full-time basis (9:00 am - 6:00 pm).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,036.33 - ₹16,000.87 per month
