**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand the product & customer requirements - maintain detailed, comprehensive and well structured documentation of your work.
- Customer support & Order fulfilment.
- Follow up - Sales leads, Customer feedback & Testimonials.
- Research & Documentation - Partners, Competitors & Interviewer network improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an operations or administrative role, with a proven track record of managing tasks and projects effectively.
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement changes effectively.
- Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹240,000.00 per year
