**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a **Junior Merchandiser** with a passion for fashion and a strong understanding of accessories. You will play a key role in coordinating between buyers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless production and timely delivery of high-quality products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with buyers to understand their requirements and specifications.
- Manage production timelines to ensure timely deliveries.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for materials while maintaining budget goals.
- Oversee product quality control from sampling to final production.
- Handle costing, budgeting, and ensuring profitability margins.
- Act as a communication bridge between design, production, and sales teams.
- Ensure all products align with the brand’s quality standards and meet client expectations.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Good knowledge of bags, jewelry, and fashion accessories.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage timelines and multitask efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control.

**Employment Details**:

- **Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
- **Pay**: ₹15,000-₹30,000 per month
- **Work Location**: In-person at Shahpur Jat, New Delhi
