**Job Description**:
As an AutoCAD Designer at IEE LIFTS, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of elevator systems. You will work closely with our engineering and manufacturing teams to create detailed and accurate AutoCAD drawings that drive the production of our elevators. Your work will directly impact the safety, efficiency, and functionality of our elevator products.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Design Development**: Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand elevator system requirements and specifications.

2. **AutoCAD Drafting**: Create detailed 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings, schematics, and layouts for elevator components and systems.

3. **Quality Assurance**: Ensure accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and adherence to company design guidelines in all drawings.

4. **Revision Management**: Maintain and update CAD drawings to reflect design changes, feedback, and project updates.

5. **Communication**: Effectively communicate design concepts and technical details to cross-functional teams within the organization.

6. **Documentation**: Maintain organized records of all design files, revisions, and documentation related to elevator projects.

7. **Collaboration**: Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to optimize elevator design and resolve design-related issues.

8. **Continuous Improvement**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in design processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to create precise and accurate drawings.
- Knowledge of elevator systems and industry standards is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines.
