UX Researcher I/ Ii

As our **UX Researcher**, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to the user-centered design process of our organization. You will work closely with our UX research team to conduct research activities, gather valuable insights, and contribute to the overall improvement of our digital products or services. This will provide you with hands-on experience in various research methodologies and the chance to work alongside experienced professionals in the field.

**Responsibilities**

1. Conducting user research studies: Support the UX research team in planning and executing research activities, including usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and user journey mapping. Help recruit participants, set up research sessions, and

take notes during sessions.

2. Collect and analyze research data: Assist in collecting qualitative and quantitative data through research methods and tools. Help analyze research findings, identify trends, and contribute to actionable insights.

3. Contribute to user personas and user journey maps: Collaborate with the team to create user personas based on research insights. Contribute to the development of user journey maps to visualize the user experience and identify areas for improvement.

4. Support cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure the integration of user research insights into the product development process. Assist in communicating research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

5. Assist in competitive analysis: Contribute to competitive analysis efforts by researching and documenting industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings. Help identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

6. Learn and grow: Take the initiative to learn about UX research methodologies, tools, and industry best practices. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the field of UX research.

**Requirements**:
1. **1 - 3 yrs **of professional experience in UX research or a related field (HCI, Psychology or Design). Demonstrated experience in planning, conducting, and analyzing user research studies.

2. Passion for user-centered design: Keen interest in understanding user behavior, needs, and motivations. A desire to contribute to creating intuitive and delightful user experiences.

3. Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate research findings and insights to team members.

4. Analytical mindset: Basic analytical and critical thinking skills. Familiarity with data analysis techniques and tools is a plus.

5. Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to capture accurate and comprehensive research notes during research sessions.

6. Collaborative nature: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and take direction from senior researchers.

7. Enthusiasm for learning: Eagerness to learn and develop skills in UX research. Openness to receiving feedback and implementing suggestions for growth.
