**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Plan, organize, and supervise social media marketing activities across multiple platforms.
- Develop posting grids, story calendars, and sales campaigns in collaboration with the team.
- Optimize profiles and content for maximum engagement and reach.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.
- Hire and onboard new team members as needed.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to the team.
- **Client Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and follower engagement.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and web traffic.
- Prepare monthly reports on client accounts and campaign performance.
- **Research and Trends**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Conduct market research to inform strategies and content creation.

**Technical Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and YouTube marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
