**We are looking for an Experienced Tele Caller cum Mediclaim Processor for our hospital.**

**1st Part**

**Roles & Responsibilities as a Tele Caller**
- **Tele-calling.**
- **Responding to complaints from Doctors, Patients and give support when requested.**
- **Develop & maintain a strong relationship with doctors, doctor’s compounder, Blood collectors, Ambulance Driver and other Para Medical staff.**
- **Convince clients to use our services.**

**2nd part**

**Roles & Responsibilities of a Medicalim Processor**

Communicating with insurance company and beneficiaries.

Preparing claim forms and related documentation.

Reviewing claim submissions and verifying the information.

Recording and maintaining insurance policy and claims information in a database system.

Performing other clerical tasks, as required.

**Required Skills**:
At least 1 years of experience in a related role.

Computer literate.

Good administrative and organizational skills.

Strong customer service skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

**Salary : Rs. 7000/- to 10000/-**

**(Salary will be finalized based on Experience)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- Telemarketing: 1 year (required)
