Key Responsibilities of a Production Coordinator in a Shunyanant:

- **Pre-Production**:Setting up the production office, organising equipment and supplies, and managing crew lists.
- **Production**:Maintaining schedules, distributing call sheets and script changes, and tracking progress.
- **Post-Production**:Assisting with wrap-up procedures, such as closing accounts, returning equipment, and managing final paperwork.
- **Business inquiry -**handling all the business inquiries, great communication skills
- **Communication and Coordination**:Facilitating communication between different departments, including the creative team, technical crew, and other stakeholders.
- **Budget and Finance**:Assisting with processing invoices, managing petty cash, and tracking expenses.
- **Travel and Logistics**:Arranging travel, accommodation, and transportation for cast and crew.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate records of production documents, schedules, and other relevant information.
- **Problem Solving**:Addressing and resolving any issues that may arise during the production process.
- **Adaptability**:Being flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and demands of a fast-paced production environment.

Skills Needed:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
