Coordination with Project Manager for execution of project.
- Coordinate with purchase department after clearing technical specification for procurement and supply.
- Coordinate with logistic department for order shipment
- Coordinate with accounts for timely submission of invoice and for vendor payment.
- Invoice preparation with all supporting documents for government projects.
- Calculation of down time with client for invoice processing.
- Preparation of weekly and Monthly MIS reports.
- Attending monthly meeting with client for smooth going of project.
- Collecting all Technical & commercial data required. Documentation of Project.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
