1. Attend and Make Customer calls and convert them into sales

2. Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases.

3. Research on different tools to increase sales or business opportunities.

4. Demonstrate initiatives for refinement & strengthening of existing products.

5. Regular follow-up with new and existing customers.

6. Initiating phone conversations with Students who complete the demo classes.

7. Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle

9. Achieving the weekly targets in a performance-driven competitive environment

10. Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, average revenue per sale, etc

11. Ensuring the collection inflow in time & in compliance with the policy

12. Participating fully in training sessions, meetings, skill-building, and professional development classes.

13. Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization.

14. Outbound and inbound account management and sales. 1. Attend and Make Customer calls and convert them into sales
