**Job Description: SEO Executive**

**Position Overview**:We are seeking a skilled and motivated SEO Executive with 1.5 years of experience to join our team. As an SEO Executive, you will play a critical role in improving our online presence and driving organic traffic to our website. You will be responsible for implementing and managing various SEO strategies to optimize our website for search engines and improve its rankings.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for our industry.

Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, and content to improve keyword relevance and search engine visibility.

Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Identify technical SEO issues on the website and work with the development team to implement necessary fixes.

Create and implement link-building strategies to improve the website's authority and backlink profile.

Collaborate with content creators to ensure that new and existing content follows SEO best practices.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in search engine algorithms and SEO techniques.

Provide regular reports on SEO performance, keyword rankings, and traffic metrics to relevant stakeholders.

Collaborate with other teams such as marketing and web development to align SEO strategies with overall business goals.

Assist in identifying and evaluating new opportunities for growth and improvement in the digital landscape.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 1.5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in a digital marketing agency or an in-house marketing team.

Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving increased organic traffic.

Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.

Experience with on-page and technical SEO optimization.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress and their impact on SEO.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles as they relate to SEO.

Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, both within the team and with other departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
