Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and skilled 3D Stall Designer to join our team. As a 3D Stall Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually appealing and functional exhibition stalls for various events and exhibitions. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into innovative stall designs that effectively communicate their brand message and attract visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and understand project objectives.
- Conceptualize and develop innovative and visually appealing stall designs using 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Create detailed 3D renderings and walkthroughs of stall designs to present to clients for approval.
- Ensure that stall designs comply with technical specifications, safety standards, and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for the fabrication, installation, and setup of exhibition stalls.
- Provide guidance and support to the production team during the construction phase to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in exhibition stall design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proven experience as a 3D Stall Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous exhibition stall designs.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent.
- Excellent creative and conceptualization skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of design principles, spatial layout, and color theory.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of fabrication techniques, materials, and construction processes used in exhibition stall design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to overcome design challenges.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and project scopes.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in the events or exhibition industry.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation software.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials.
- Previous experience in project management or coordination roles.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
