Monitoring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Reviewing and approving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch records.
- Conducting internal audits and inspections to identify areas of improvement and non-compliance.
- **Quality System Management**:

- Developing and implementing comprehensive quality systems and procedures.
- Performing risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies
- Managing change control processes to ensure quality is maintained during changes to manufacturing processes
- **Documentation Review and Approval**:

- Reviewing and approving critical documentation like batch records, manufacturing logs, and quality control reports
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation throughout the manufacturing process
- **Deviation Investigation and CAPA**:

- Investigating any deviations from standard procedures and identifying root causes
- Implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to prevent recurrence of issues
- **Collaboration and Training**:

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (production, quality control, R&D) to address quality concerns
- Providing training on quality standards and procedures to staff members
- **Quality Improvement Initiatives**:

- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within the quality system
- Implementing process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
