**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning**: Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the company's market presence and achieve business objectives. Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing goals with overall company goals.

**Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, support, and expertise. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on achieving marketing excellence.

**Brand Management**: Manage and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing channels. Monitor brand perception and implement strategies for brand improvement.

**Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions and refine marketing strategies.

**Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns(Offline & Online) to generate leads, increase customer acquisition, and drive sales. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and implement improvements.

**Public Relations**: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and stakeholders. Manage public relations activities to enhance the company's reputation and media coverage.

**Budget Management**: Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to various marketing initiatives. Monitor expenses, ROI, and report on marketing performance to the management team.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Foster a spirit of collaboration and teamwork within the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum proven experience of 10 + years as a senior Marketing role, preferably as a CMO or Director of Marketing, with a track record of successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment..
