**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to employees regarding software, hardware, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems promptly to minimize downtime.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate measures such as backups, antivirus software, and access controls.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend upgrades or enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Administer software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
- Provide training and support to employees on software usage and best practices.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT service providers for software procurement and support.
- Configure and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Implement security measures to protect the organization's network from unauthorized access or breaches.
- Plan and execute network expansion or upgrades as needed to support business growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, and network management.
- Proficiency in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
- Familiarity with office administration tasks and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
