Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Actively promote and sell interior design products and services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the industry.
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Present and demonstrate products, including furniture, lighting, accessories, and design concepts, to clients.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients, outlining the scope of work, pricing, and timelines.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop customized solutions and design concepts based on clients' requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products and services and address any concerns or issues.
- Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide clients with informed recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or home furnishings industry.
- Strong understanding of interior design concepts, styles, and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of closing sales and achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and access to transportation for client meetings and site visits.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
