**1)Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your specific section.**

**2)Training and managing any chefs working under you.**

**3)Assisting the sous chef and head chef in the development of new dishes and menus.**

**4)Essentially following all health and safety procedures.**

**5)Being aware of profit margins** **and keeping waste to a minimum.**

**6)Be familiar with the companies policies for What is a chef de partie responsibilities.**
