**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CRM Sales Expertise**: Develop a deep understanding of the CRM products and services offered by the company. Articulate the features, benefits, and value propositions of the CRM solutions to potential clients.
- **Client Communication**: Engage with clients to identify their CRM needs and provide customized solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the CRM capabilities.
- **Sales Conversion**: Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. Address any client concerns and objections effectively to close sales.
- **Target Achievement**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Provide on going support and ensure client satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Market Insight**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance the CRM offerings.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure the seamless delivery of CRM solutions. Collaborate on developing marketing materials and sales strategies.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipelines using CRM software. Prepare regular reports for management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and website selling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales effectively.
- High level of professionalism and dedication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
