To provide Primary support to Shift Production
- Comply with IMS systems.
- Drive to production team to achieve daily Shifts targets and to utilize the capacity
- Ensuring the quality product out of the line and no safety & environmental incidents in Shift.
- Reports on daily Shift production, rework, and rejection scrap generation reports to Production Engineer.
- Identifying Quality & Environment Risk and opportunities and taking appropriate actions

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To make FG as per standard
- Accountable for use of safety equipment’s while doing work in Shift.
- Oversee all Fabrication Dept. activities to ensure production targets and quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of fabrication shop personnel.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

**Skills Sets Required**:

- Decision Making

**Education & Experience Requirements**:
Minimum 02 to 03 years’ industrial experience in Fabrication and minimum education Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical

**Generic Competency**:
Employee should be good team player.

**Note: 12 Hours working in shift wise**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
